Marchesi di Barolo - Barolo Cannubi
Marchesi di Barolo - Barolo Cannubi
Marchesi di Barolo Barolo Cannubi is a sturdy and full red wine from the famous Barolo. The area's great wines are made from the Nebbiolo grape. This grape is known for its long ripening period. This Barolo is still young, fruity and powerful, but usually becomes more elegant, earthier and floral as it matures.
Vineyard Cannubi
This Barolo comes from 1 vineyard and is therefore a real single vinyard. Or all the grapes have been picked from one vineyard. This means that the quality is a lot higher than a 'normal Barolo'. There are several advantages:
- Stricter selection of grapes
- Shorter distance to the winery
- Riper and more stable picking
Serving tip Marchesi di Barolo Barolo Cannubi
When enjoying, pour the wine into a decanter and oxygenate it for at least 2 to 6 hours. The more oxygen, the better the wine will taste and open. In short, don't be too generous with oxygen and give the wine time as it needs.
